This is a typical refurbishment. The plane has been misused, breaking the handle and neglected rusulting in a non-functional tools. All of these issues can be rectifified in our workshop bring the plane back to as new functionality. We also try to make any tool cosmetically very good so that the new owner will be proud of it and more likely to look after it than the previous owner.
